honoring the ebb and flow
I believe healing is rarely a linear process. Much like the tides, our emotional and physical experiences naturally ebb and flow over time. For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals on their journeys toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
Over the years, my practice has evolved to focus on working with individuals living with chronic pain, chronic illness, and other ongoing health conditions. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can navigate the emotional challenges of living with health concerns, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with a sense of meaning, balance, and well-being.
This work is deeply meaningful to me, shaped not only by my clinical experience but also by my personal history of having lived with chronic migraines. Through my own journey, I came to understand how stress, anxiety, and painful life experiences can become held in the body.
In my clinical work, I often recognize these same patterns in others—people navigating the emotional weight of stress, depression, trauma, or overwhelm while also living with persistent physical symptoms and chronic pain.
Finding the balance beneath the surface
I believe that healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the relationship between emotional and physical health, creating space for insight, resilience, healing, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in whole-person care. I strive to help clients feel understood, supported, and emotionally safe as we work together toward greater well-being, reduced stress, and a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Just as the tides continually shift and find their balance, therapy can help us better understand the connection between emotional and physical health, navigate the challenges of chronic pain with greater
self-compassion and resilience, and cultivate lasting well-being.
